Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations
Any cancellations for a booked class must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a “late cancellation”. Those not cancelled before the deadline will be marked as a “late cancellation”. Cancellations within the 24-hour period will incur the full fee/ credit.
You are free to manage your class schedule through the Eversports platform or app, which includes the ability to cancel your spot in a class. You may also send us an email if you need to cancel or change your reservation (a phone call is not advised).
"No Shows"
Full fees/ credits will be charged for “no shows” when the client fails to notify the studio.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. There are no refunds or transfers on any purchases except when there is an agreement between the participant and the Berliner Pilates management.
Classes cancelled by the Studio
We try to avoid cancelling classes, especially on short notice, but sometimes it is needed for logistic/ health reasons or if an activity has less than 3 participants.
If a class gets cancelled you will receive an email notification and will not, of course, be charged.
Training units, such as cards or memberships that have already been paid for, will be credited automatically or reimbursed on request.
