Prenatal

Prenatal Pilates is a specific low impact program to assist Mom-to-be with strengthening the pelvic floor muscles,the abdominals and prepare for childbirth. Please remember to consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

All the Group Classes are limited to max. 5 participants and taught in English. Please, sign up in advance your class.

Each Class lasts 75 min.

New group classes can be arrenged upon request with a minimum of 4 people.
