Berliner Pilates bietet Ausbildungen in der STOTT PILATES® Methode für Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair und Barrels an. Unsere Kurse werden in englischer Sprache von der Gründerin des Berliner Pilates Studios und STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainerin Deborah Degano unterrichtet. Die Bücher und Handbücher zu den Kursen sind in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen erhältlich und können je nach Vorliebe der Teilnehmer erworben werden.
